EminemKrizz Kaliko reacts to Eminem & JID’s “Fuel”

Multi-platinum rapper, singer, songwriter, and voice actor Krizz Kaliko, who is a long-time collaborator with fellow hometown native Tech N9ne and was signed to Strange Music, has recently reacted to Eminem‘s “Fuel” song, featuring JID, produced by Denaun, from his 12th solo studio album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grace).


As soon as I hear Em come on it’s like, I ain’t saying… JID is hard! I want to do a song with him, but for some reason when Em come on, his voice sound like the song just goes up a notch. That’s what happened in ‘Speedom.’ I know I did my thing in ‘Speedom’ but when he comes on the song man…I don’t know…” said Krizz Kaliko as soon as Eminem started his verse.

After receiving 6 traditional nomination at the 2024 MTV VMAs, Eminem get two more social nominations: VMAs Most Iconic Performance and Song Of Summer. Big Sean Calls Working With Eminem on ‘The Death of Slim Shady’ a ‘Full-Circle Moment’

 Growing up in Detroit, Eminem has long been one of Big Sean’s idols. Sean Don has worked with Em in the past, but this time on The Death of Slim Shady was extra special for the 36-year-old. Billboard caught up with Big Sean on the red carpet prior to the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards on Wednesday (Sept. 11) at UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y., where Sean reflected on teaming up with Eminem for “Tobey.” “I’m happy to be a part of that album as well. For sure, for sure. [The Slim Shady LP] was the first album I bought from Costco with my birthday money,” he explained. “That was way back. To be on The Death of Slim Shady was a full-circle moment.” “Tobey” happened to be an all-Detroit affair, as Eminem recruited the emerging BabyTron to complete the trio.
